Delete your account

1. Sign in to Hair Mentor AI.
2. Open Profile from the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Read the warning, confirm, and type the confirmation word when asked.

• Your sign-in account and profile (name, salon, training level, settings).
• Your mobile number and any messaging preferences saved against your account.
• Learning progress, lesson completions, quiz answers and scores.
• AI Mentor conversation history and personalisation / learning memory.
• All client records you created: clients, consultations, hair analyses, service history, formulations, appointments and messages.
• Client and hair-analysis photos you uploaded, including the stored image files.
• WhatsApp templates and reminder settings, and any Pro access record tied to your account.

This is permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

A small amount of information may remain for a limited period where we are required or permitted to keep it — for example anonymous usage counts that are not linked to you, error logs, security and abuse-prevention records, and transaction records where a purchase was made and must be kept for accounting or tax purposes. Anything retained is kept for no longer than necessary. Backups are rotated on a schedule, so copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten.

Deletion runs immediately when you confirm. Your data is removed and you are signed out straight away. If any part of the process fails, nothing is left half-signed-in: you can simply try again, and repeating the request is safe.

If you keep client records in the app, make sure you have any information you still need elsewhere first — client history cannot be recovered afterwards.
